Blood Test Results as Terrain and Stress Markers
At MyReset, our work over the past 13 years has focused on understanding how frequencies - expressed through sound and music - can act as precision tools for restoring balance rather than mere background listening. We view the body as an interconnected terrain - a living landscape where biochemistry, energy, and emotion continuously interact.
To explore this, we conducted a series of short- and longer-term studies examining how MyReset Soundscapes may influence key biological markers that reflect the state of this terrain: cellular stress, mitochondrial efficiency, detoxification, immune sensitivity, and repair capacity.
The findings suggest that when the terrain becomes more coherent - when cells communicate effectively and energy flows smoothly - the body naturally shifts toward balance. Mental clarity, emotional steadiness, productivity, and overall wellness follow as expressions of a restored internal environment.

The blood test results presented in the following pages reflect a set of independent laboratory analyses, with measurements before and after sound exposure.
Assessment Targets
- DNA Adducts Burden - To determine which genes are being affected by toxins; to determine if there is a correllation with a disease or dysfunction. DNA adducts represent the degree of DNA modification by reactive toxins. The acceptable (healthy) value is zero.
- Mitochondrial Function - Lower efficiency indicates impaired energy transfer and reduced cellular resilience; strong correlation with the presence of DNA adducts.
- Glutathione Studies - Low levels indicate increased oxidative stress or depleted reserves (and may be correlated with the presence of a toxin burden), while optimal or improved levels suggest effective redox balance and cellular protection.
- Lymphocyte Activity - Shows sensitivity level to specific toxins, and is an indicator of toxin exposure.
- DNA-associated Zinc - Essential for DNA replication, repair, and immune function, and disruptions may impair growth, energy balance, and cellular resilience; low levels are an indication of toxin burden.
The data that emerged from these studies is both powerful and encouraging. It suggests that MyReset Soundscapes may influence processes well beyond emotional balance and relaxation - extending into measurable changes at the cellular level, and that this may be the reason for improved stress reduction. While simply using sound as a balancing and restorative tool is already of great value, these results hint at far greater potential applications.
That said, it is important to note that this work does not form the basis of medical recommendations. Every individual is unique, and any decisions about health interventions should be made in consultation with a qualified doctor or healthcare professional. The information shared here is intended to inspire curiosity and provide context for our ongoing research into sound as a wellness tool - not to replace clinical care.
What this research shows is that sound is not only something to be heard - it can be something to be felt in the body and reflected in biology. This evolving evidence supports our view that MyReset Soundscapes are a truly powerful wellness tool, capable of helping people reconnect to balance while opening the door to exciting new frontiers in frequency-based wellness.

How to Begin - First Use Experience
Feeling the sound
People often feel sound in their bodies through the MyReset Soundscapes. Every person is unique, so your experience will vary - and your body adapts to the music in real time, depending on what you need.
Do you like it, and what do you feel?
FIRST USE: Listen to each track for 10–30 seconds and note your response:
1. I love it 2. I’m neutral 3. I dislike it OR Download your "Feel the Music Test"
Note where you feel the sound in your body - this area is responding and adjusting to restore balance.
What it means
Love it - You’re close in resonance; continue listening to deepen balance.
Neutral - You’re balanced in this area.
Dislike - This Soundscape is what you most need; either listen immediately, or start with preferred tracks, and return later for a deeper reset when more comfortable.
