About our People
About our Founder
From personal tragedy to pioneering innovation.
When Bridget Hall’s son suffered a disabling accident in 2004, it set her on a lifelong quest for answers beyond conventional medicine. Over the next two decades, she immersed herself in research across alternative healing, functional and holistic medicine, epigenetics, toxicology, and bioactive frequencies that interact with cellular signalling - seeking ways to unlock the body’s innate capacity to heal and rebalance.
That journey has now leapt into the realm of sound. With MyReset, Bridget extends her innovation into Soundscapes and Wellscapes - where therapeutic frequencies meet human creativity.
To bring this vision alive, she partnered with acclaimed South African music producer 808RSA, whose signature, genre-defining style has been remastered into immersive tracks designed not just for the ears, but for the whole, human system.
The result? Soundscapes and Wellscapes that fuse art and science.
808’s originality in music blends seamlessly with Bridget’s expertise in frequency science and human wellness, creating compositions that are:
- Fully human-made, not algorithm-driven.
- Tuned and harmonised to align with the body’s natural rhythms.
- Crafted to delight the senses while supporting deeper wellbeing.
This is not theory. It is lived experience, decades of research, and the artistry of collaboration - woven into sound that restores, uplifts, and transforms.
