MyReset Mitochondrial Studies

Mitochondria are highly sensitive to toxic insults that damage membranes and translocator sites, limiting ATP production and driving fatigue. The MyReset Soundscape Journeys appear to help restore mitochondrial efficiency by modulating resonance at the cellular level, helping to maintain improved energy transfer and membrane integrity.

This resonance effect may be particularly relevant in systems carrying a higher toxin burden, where the frequencies of metals and chemical toxins can disrupt normal mitochondrial function. By introducing carefully designed sound frequencies, our observations show that cells may demonstrate greater resilience, with improvements noted in mitochondrial binding and translocator activity after sound application.

These findings suggest that sound may support mitochondrial recovery and energy balance, contributing to enhanced cellular performance and improved overall vitality.

Translocator Site Studies

Translocator (TL) sites play a key role in cellular energy balance by scavenging ADP from the cytoplasm and returning ATP, both from reconversion and from new production via oxidative phosphorylation. These sites can be disrupted by xenobiotics and by partial detoxification products, which block or impair their function. TL activity is also pH-sensitive, meaning it can be compromised by local or systemic acidosis, including the accumulation of organic acids during anaerobic metabolism. In addition, elevated intracellular calcium levels reduce TL efficiency, further limiting energy output.

Mitochondrial Membrane Binding Studies

Mitochondrial membrane binding studies examine how environmental toxins and their metabolites attach to or disrupt the mitochondrial membranes. These membranes are rich in proteins, esterases, and lipids, all of which are critical for maintaining mitochondrial structure and function. Specific compounds such as diolein (a diacylglycerol lipid) and aldehydes (toxic byproducts of lipid peroxidation and detoxification processes) are especially prone to interaction and damage.

When toxins bind to these sites, they can compromise membrane fluidity and enzymatic activity, reduce mitochondrial efficiency, and increase oxidative stress within the cell. Over time, such disruption contributes to reduced ATP production, impaired detoxification capacity, and greater vulnerability to fatigue and cellular dysfunction. These studies therefore provide valuable insight into the role of mitochondrial membranes as both a target and mediator of toxic injury.

How to Begin - First Use Experience

Feeling the sound

People often feel sound in their bodies through the MyReset Soundscapes. Every person is unique, so your experience will vary - and your body adapts to the music in real time, depending on what you need.

Do you like it, and what do you feel?

FIRST USE: Listen to each track for 10–30 seconds and note your response:
1. I love it 2. I’m neutral 3. I dislike it OR Download your "Feel the Music Test

Note where you feel the sound in your body - this area is responding and adjusting to restore balance.

What it means

Love it - You’re close in resonance; continue listening to deepen balance.
Neutral - You’re balanced in this area.
Dislike - This Soundscape is what you most need; either listen immediately, or start with preferred tracks, and return later for a deeper reset when more comfortable.
