Understanding Your Terrain: A Companion Guide to MyReset

Introduction

If you are reading this, you are likely already familiar with MyReset - either through the app or through the ideas behind it.

This guide exists to explain what MyReset supports, why it works the way it does, and how you can gently understand the changes happening beneath the surface - without pressure, complexity, or forced intervention.

MyReset was designed to support the body’s ability to regulate, settle, and reorganise - not by pushing processes, but by reducing internal noise and allowing coherence to return.

You don’t need to analyse everything.
You don’t need to fix anything.
You don’t need to force outcomes.

The Soundscapes, Wellscapes, and Dancescapes are designed to support:

  • Reduced internal noise
  • Improved systemic coherence
  • A sense of settling rather than pushing

Many people notice subtle shifts first:

  • Feeling calmer
  • Sleeping differently
  • Responding to stress more gently

These changes are not dramatic - and they are not meant to be. They are signs that regulation is returning.

As regulation improves, it’s natural to become curious:

  • What is actually changing?
  • How do I know if this is helping?
  • Should I add anything, or simply continue?

This PDF book is here to support that curiosity.

How to FEEL MyReset Soundscapes

Feeling the sound

People often feel sound in their bodies through the MyReset Soundscapes. Every person is unique, so your experience will vary - and your body adapts to the music in real time, depending on what you need.

Do you like it, and what do you feel?

FIRST USE: Listen to each track for 10–30 seconds and note your response:
1. I love it 2. I’m neutral 3. I dislike it OR Download your "Feel the Music Test

Note where you feel the sound in your body - this area is responding and adjusting to restore balance.

What it means

Love it - You’re close in resonance; continue listening to deepen balance.
Neutral - You’re balanced in this area.
Dislike - This Soundscape is what you most need; either listen immediately, or start with preferred tracks, and return later for a deeper reset when more comfortable.
