Trust Yourself
Using MyReset Soundscapes for Your Own Wellness
At MyReset, we believe the most powerful health and wellness tool you will ever have is not outside of you - it is your own body intelligence. Our Soundscapes are designed to help you reconnect with that intelligence by offering frequencies that your system can respond to in its own unique way.
Your Personal Pathway
Every Soundscape is crafted with precision frequencies that evoke a response in the body. What that response looks like depends on what you most need in the moment. Some people feel soothing calm, others notice pain relief, while some experience renewed focus or emotional release.
The key is this: you are your own best guide. Only you can assess how a sound feels and how it is working for you. This is the essence of MyReset - empowering you to take charge of your wellness journey.
When It Feels Right
If a sound feels pleasant and supportive right away, enjoy it! That means your system is already resonating with it, and you can lean into the journey.
When It Feels Uncomfortable
If a sound feels slightly off or uncomfortable, don’t dismiss it. This is actually the clearest sign that it is exactly the sound you need. Discomfort is simply your system showing you where you are most out of balance - and by staying with the sound gently, you begin the process of restoring harmony.
When It Feels Overwhelming
If you strongly dislike or feel overwhelmed by a sound, it still means that your body needs it - but you may not be ready to dive in all at once. Start with a sound you enjoy, then return to the more challenging track later. Over time, as balance is restored, it will feel easier and more natural.
How to Test and Track Your Progress
You don’t need anyone else to tell you if a sound is working. We recommend using your own testing parameters so you can see and feel the results for yourself.
The best way will soon be the VitalSelf video selfie health check (coming soon to the MyReset app). This tool will allow you to:
- Take a quick scan before listening to a sound.
- Listen to your chosen MyReset Soundscape Journey.
- Take another scan immediately afterwards.
This simple before-and-after check shows you how effectively the sound is working in real time.
In the meantime
You can use any other self-assessment tools you already have available, such as:
- Apple Watch or Oura Ring (heart rate, HRV, sleep, recovery trends)
- Fitbit, Garmin, or other wearables (activity, stress, recovery metrics)
- Blood pressure monitors or pulse oximeters
- Lab blood tests or clinical assessments for more serious health issues
Any of these will give you a measurable before-and-after snapshot to confirm how the sounds are supporting your system.
Empowerment Through Awareness
When you trust your own judgement, you reclaim authority over your wellbeing. The more you use MyReset sounds, the more you’ll begin to tune into your body - not only with sound, but with food, supplements, and lifestyle choices. You’ll sharpen your ability to discern what serves you and what doesn’t.
This is not just about sound therapy. It is about learning to hear the signals of your own body, trusting them, and acting on them.
MyReset is more than sound. It is the ultimate health and wellness empowerment tool - guiding you back to the confidence that your body knows what it needs, and you already hold the wisdom to listen.
