Suggested Acute Listening Protocol

For times when you feel a cold, flu, or viral-type slump coming on, or when you are already feeling under the weather:

Repeat this sequence 3 to 4 times daily during the acute phase.

Spacing the sessions across the day is often most supportive, for example:

After the Acute Phase

Once you start feeling stronger, it can still be helpful to continue with a reduced protocol for a few more days.
