Before you Begin

How to Read Your Body’s Response

As you listen, your body will give you subtle feedback. Learning to notice this can help you choose the most supportive tracks and understand how your system is responding.

Start by listening for 10–30 seconds, and simply observe your reaction to the sound:

  • If you like the sound: This often indicates you are already close to resonance with it. It should feel easy to listen to and can be very supportive - continue using it regularly.
  • If you feel neutral: This may suggest that your body does not strongly need this frequency at the moment. You can still use it, but it may not be your priority.
  • If you dislike the sound: This is often the most important signal. It may indicate that this is where you are most out of sync - and therefore where support may be most needed.

If a sound feels too uncomfortable to begin with, trust that. Start with a track that feels easier and more supportive, use it consistently for a while, and then return to the more challenging one later. You will find it feels noticeably easier over time.

What You May Feel

As you continue listening, shift your attention from hearing the sound to feeling it in your body.

You may notice sensations such as:

  • A gentle throbbing or pulsing
  • Tingling or a light electrical current
  • Warmth, movement, or subtle shifts in different areas

Some people also experience:

  • Emotional releases or heightened feelings
  • Visual impressions, colours, or imagery

These responses can indicate areas where your body is actively recalibrating and restoring balance - in the process of raising resonance.

There is no right or wrong experience - simply notice, allow, and let the process unfold naturally.

How to FEEL Soundscapes and Wellscapes

How to Feel the sound

People often feel sound in their bodies through the MyReset Zone Soundscapes and Wellscapes. As shown by our extensive research, this is evidence of your body responding to the opportunity to recalibrate itself, from deep within your cells.

Every person is unique, so your experience will vary - as your body adapts to the music in real time, depending on what you need.

Do you like it, and what do you feel?

FIRST USE: Listen to each track for 10–30 seconds and note your response:
1. I love it (carry on listening - this is beneficial for you)

2. I’m neutral (choose another sound - you don't need this right now)

3. I dislike it (choose another sound the you find pleasant - you are too out of sync with these frequencies right now. Return later.)
